About Me

I am a first-generation college student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in affiliation with the University of Central Florida. I am currently a Cast Member for Walt Disney World during their 50th Anniversary Celebration, a recipient of the Bright Futures Academic Scholars Scholarship, and I am originally from Philadelphia!  

I have always wanted to work in the theme park industry, especially Walt Disney World. I have been going to Disney since I was two and have always looked up to the Cast Members there who have dedicated their lives to making guest's most magical wishes come true. These Cast Members are the heart of the Walt Disney Company and can create magical memories for all who visit “The Most Magical Place on Earth”. Guest interaction is a big part of the hospitality industry, and I am honored to call myself a Cast Member that is able to do this at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex at Walt Disney World. 

Some of my leadership experiences at UCF so far have included being a Knight-Thon Marathon Relations Team Member, the Marketing Director for the LEAD Scholars Academy, Treasurer of the Happiest Club on Earth at Rosen, a member in the Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society at Rosen, and a dedicated, dues-paying member of the Future Theme Park Leaders Association. I am very grateful for these leadership experiences offered through the University of Central Florida and the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, as they have provided me with opportunities in leading and assisting the communities around me that share the same passions as myself. These leadership opportunities also taught me transferable skills that are invaluable in my career field such as how to delegate tasks, team-building strategies, and the importance of a brand's image.

My main goal in all I do is to leave a lasting impact on all who meet me, especially when connecting with others through personal, heartwarming interactions, while making a career for myself within the theme park hospitality industry. I am especially interested in Concierge, Operations Support, Guest Experience Management, Attractions, and Human Resources, as these roles will allow me the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Cast Members and Guests alike and create memorable connections. Furthermore, some of my career interests in there paths would be Guest Relations, Guest Experience Manager, and Theme Park Operations.
